Meet Carman & Knierim

Brynn Carman and Christopher Knierim are the 2008 U.S. Novice Pairs Champions after taking second in the short program and first in the free skate

They paired up in February 2006. Less than a year after first skating with each other, Brynn and Chris claimed the novice pairs silver medal at the sectional championships.

The team, which trains at the World Arena in Colorado Springs, then went on to win a pewter medal at the 2007 U.S. Championships.

Brynn and Chris hope to collect more medals in their second season together. In 2007-2008, the team continued in the novice ranks by winning sectionals and the national title at the U.S. Championships.
