Hi Everyone!
Thanks for visiting my site. I hope ya'll are having a great summer. I know
I am. I'm actually tan for the first time in a long time. HEHE!
I've been quite busy. A lot of new things are happening. On Friday the 30th
of June I passed my Senior Free Skating Test. It was really cool. I have no
tests to do ever again. Unless I want to take my dances which is highly doubtful.
And on Sunday July 2nd at 4:02 p.m., Johnny Weir officially became old. He
turned 16 years old. I got some good stuff. Some clothes and shoes and fun stuff.
It was great.
Although, in the meantime, I've been trying to get back into the swing of training
and all. My long is getting a little harder now that I've added a half minute
for senior. But my short program is going pretty well and I'm finally getting
used to the breathing spots and the choreography. My quad toes are getting better
and I can stand up on them two footed or cheated, so I think I should have it
soon! I probably won't be putting it into my programs this season, but you never
know!
I have some events coming up as well. In about two weeks, I'll be debuting
my new programs at the Wissahickon summer competition. I hope I can skate decent
there, I think I can do it! After that, I am doing a carnival type thing in
Hagerstown, Maryland. It should be fun! After that in August, I'm going to Manhattan
with one of my great friends and my old pair partner, Jodi Rudden. We go up
annually for our birthdays and it should be a lot of fun! And after that, I'm
off to France for my first Junior Grand Prix. I can't wait! I will report on
everything!
THANKS FOR VISITING!
LOVE ALWAYS,
-J

Hi ya'll!
Thanks so much for visiting the site. I've been quite busy lately. And I'm
preparing for my Junior Grand Prix in Saint Gervais, France. I can't wait --
it's going to be so much fun, and I'll get to try to speak french!
I recently competed at a competition in Wissahickon, Pennsylvania. I placed
2nd behind Derrick Delmore. I skated two very respectable programs for my first
time out in senior. In my short program I landed my triple flip and my double
axel, but once again I missed my triple axel. I was upset, but the judges really
liked my programs, and I skated with lots of speed and power. I was happy. My
long was good. I'd been having trouble with it the week before Wiss, but I pulled
it off well. I landed my triple lutz.double toe, triple flip, triple loop, triple
sal, and triple toe. For France I'm hoping to have three more triples in it,
but once again the judges really liked my program, and I was happy I could skate
well.
For now I'm just trying to keep focused on France. I'll keep ya'll updated
on things! Thanks for visiting!
Love always,
-J
