Kiri Baga joins Figure Skaters Online

Baga is on an undefeated streak headed into the Junior Grand Prix Final, Dec. 3-6, in Tokyo, Japan. Since winning the Upper Great Lakes Regional Championship as a novice in 2008, she has also claimed the top novice spot at Midwestern Sectionals, the U.S. Championships and both her Junior Grand Prix events in Germany and Turkey.

She will compete as a junior at the 2010 U.S. Championships, Jan. 14-24, in Spokane, Wash.

Baga of Duluth, Minn., is coached by Lorie Charbonneau and has her programs choreographed by Kelly Benzinger Grelle in Bloomington, Minn. She is skating to “Dance Macabre” by Camille Saint-Saens for her short program and Carmen by Georges Bizet for the free.
