With the 2009 U.S. Championships in Cleveland, Ohio, less than a week away, World Junior Champion Rachael Flatt is proud to open her official Web site in cooperation with Figure Skaters Online. The Del Mar, Calif., native was the runner-up at last year’s U.S. Championships. Too young to compete at the 2008 World Championships, she instead led an American sweep of the ladies medals at the 2008 World Junior Championship.
