September 28, 2016: U.S. Figure Skating announced today that Alexa and Chris will miss the fall competition season [link to the official statement re. Alexa’s medical update here] and Alexa has written a personal note to the team’s supporters – read it here.

June 30, 2016: Alexa and Chris were assigned Rostelecom Cup and Cup of China for the 2016-17 ISU Grand Prix Series.

June 26, 2016: Alexa and Chris got married at The Lodge at Flying Horse in Colorado Springs. Coach Dalilah Sappenfield officiated the wedding. The newlyweds performed a dance choreographed to “Unchained Melody” at the reception, announcing that the music selection would be their free skate music for the 2016-17 season. April 23, 2016: Alexa and Chris were a part of Team North America, which won gold in the inaugural KOSE Team Challenge Cup event in Spokane, Washington.

April 2, 2016: Alexa and Chris competed at the World Figure Skating Championships in Boston, Massachusetts. They finished in 9th place. Alexa and Chris will now prepare to take part in the inaugural KOSE Team Challenge Cup event in Spokane, Washington, April 22-24.

February 20, 2016: Alexa and Chris won the silver medal at the 2016 Four Continents Championships in Taipei City, Taiwan, and set new ISU personal best scores both in the free skate (140.35) and overall (207.96).

January 23, 2016: Alexa and Chris won the silver medal at the 2016 U.S. Championships in St. Paul, Minnesota. Alexa and Chris will represent the U.S. at the Four Continents Championships and World Championships.

December 12, 2015: Alexa and Chris finished 7th at the 2015-16 ISU Grand Prix Final.

November 28, 2015: Alexa and Chris won the bronze medal at NHK Trophy in Nagano and qualified for their first ISU Grand Prix Final, December 10-13, in Barcelona, Spain.

October 30, 2015: Alexa and Chris won gold at Ice Challenge in Graz, Austria.

October 24, 2015: Alexa and Chris won the silver medal at Skate America in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is their first Grand Prix medal.

September 25, 2015: Alexa and Chris won the silver medal in their international season debut at Nebelhorn Trophy.
