Figure Skaters Online is excited to welcome 2020 Winter Youth Olympian and Skate America bronze medalist Audrey Shin with the launch of her official website. Shin will make her senior Nationals debut at the 2021 U.S. Championships Jan. 12-17 in Las Vegas.
This past fall, Shin surprised skating fans by winning the bronze medal in her senior Grand Prix debut at Skate America in Las Vegas. She had originally intended to remain on the junior international circuit and compete at the 2020-2021 ISU Junior Grand Prix Series, but the seven competitions, along with the Junior Grand Prix Final, were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Last season, Shin represented the United States at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics at Lausanne, Switzerland, where she placed 7th. She is also the 2019 U.S. junior silver medalist.
Shin is coached by Tammy Gambill and trains in Colorado Spring, Colorado.
